Bringing together leaders from the learning landscapes in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania to exchange knowledge and experiences on integrated landscape management (ILM) and to learn about tools to enhance their implementation of ILM.

Knowledge Sharing Objectives

Building Multi-Stakeholder Platforms

Landscape leaders will share experiences with platform building and other landscape level activities. Leaders will present on topics related to their experience with building a multi-stakeholder platform, prioritizing activities for green growth, gathering finance for ILM, etc.

Integrating policy with ILM

Representatives from each country will share the unique challenges and opportunities of integrating policy with ILM in their country’s context.

Tools for improving implementation of ILM

Facilitators will present the Landscape Measures Framework and other tools for implementing ILM, including ground-based photo monitoring, spatial planning, and landscape labeling.
