Summary

The East African Learning Landscape Regional Knowledge Exchange brought together 30 leaders from 15 landscapes across Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

Held June 2-3 at the African Institute for Capacity Development (AICAD) in Juja, Kenya

This meeting was designed as a capstone to a larger initiative funded by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) and focused on strengthening the capacity of civil society to scale up and improve the effectiveness of integrated landscape management initiatives that seek to jointly achieve sustainable agriculture, healthy ecosystems and biodiversity, adaptation to climate change, and mitigation of climate change, while enhancing the well-being and self-realization of low-income households and communities in rural Africa.
