Scaling Up Regreening: Six Steps to Success

“Regreening” is a land restoration practice that empowers farmers to protect regenerating trees and shrubs on their farms to improve soil fertility, increase food security and raise household income.  The report highlights the benefits of regreening, and the activities that contributed to its widespread adoption in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, northern Ethiopia and Malawi.

Join us for this opportunity to see how these Six Steps to Success can contribute to effective strategies to scale up regreening in Africa and beyond. A panel of experts will share their perspectives on key factors to accelerate regreening and landscape restoration.

A networking reception with light refreshments will follow.
